The demand for optical components such as microlenses has been growing at a rapid rate in recent years. While conventional methods manufacturing these are well known, they often time-consuming, detrimental the environment and unable to keep up with increasing demand. To overcome issues, technique of three-dimensional (3D) inkjet printing attracted much attention. aim this review was investigate 3D process fabrication identify key methodologies which can be used control properties resultant microlenses.
